Promoting Tier I Mental Wellness Systems in Schools

Children’s mental health needs were steadily increasing before the pandemic and have been declared a national emergency by the U.S. Surgeon General.

Join us on June 18th for an exciting opportunity to network, learn, and action plan to create a culture of wellness within your division and schools.

This is a virtual session to accommodate busy schedules and travel.

Who should attend?

Division and school leaders, school staff, community providers, and family partners.

You can come from a team perspective AND/OR individual attendee. Breakouts will support the choices and planning.

Learning Intentions:

  • Promote a culture of wellness to improve educator retention and  burnout
  • Increase awareness of the mental wellness crisis to reduce stigma
  • Align practices to improve mental wellness outcomes
  • Promote effective evidence based and innovative strategies to improve access and delivery of services for students
  • Help divisions develop a systematic approach to improve students' social, emotional, behavioral, and academic outcomes.
